The Magnocomms website allows users to initiate the deletion of their account and their data. Once a customer initiates deletion of their account, their account and data will be permanently deleted, and only basic transaction data will be retained by Magnocomms where required for internal and legal purposes only.
AFTER I REQUEST THE DELETION OF MY ACCOUNT, CAN I SIGN UP AGAIN?
Where a user requests the deletion of their Magnocomms account and their data, they will need to sign up again with a different email address as their original account will be deleted and blocked by our platform for security purposes.
HOW DO WE PROTECT & STORE YOUR INFORMATION?
Our processors payment gateway is fully compliant with PCI DSS standards and uses 3-D Secure (3-DS) protocols. Magnocomms does not collect or retain any personal cardholder information at any point.
DISTRIBUTION OF INFORMATION
We may share information with government agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorised transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place.
